Q: How is Quick Quack different from Glint?   
A: Quick Quack’s innovative wash technology and proprietary blend of soaps and waxes will give your car a deeper clean and smoother finish. Like Glint, Quick Quack offers three tiers of wash packages with access to free vacuums and air tools to get the inside of your car clean too.  

Quick Quack also offers unlimited wash plans with multi-car discount pricing so you can add more cars to your plan for less to ensure you and your family don’t drive dirty!  

Q: What makes Quick Quack special beyond the wash itself?

Q: What can I expect when visiting a Quick Quack for the first time?  
A: Expect a fast, clean and fun experience! Our friendly Team Members will assist you every step of the way from getting you checked in quickly to guiding you through the wash. You’ll enjoy scented soaps; a colorful light show and in-wash entertainment pending which wash package you choose. After leaving the wash, you can visit the pond to use our free vacuums, air tools and towels.

Q: When will Quick Quack open the former Glint locations?

Q: Will my current Glint membership be accepted at Quick Quack?
A: When your location reopens, your Glint membership will automatically be converted to a Quick Quack membership at the equivalent tier. When the location is closed for construction, members will not be billed for two months as a trial period and will get billed at month three.

Q: Will there be Grand Opening celebrations?  
A: Yes! Each location will host a Grand Opening Celebration with free car washes, giveaways and family-friendly activities. It’s a great way to get to know your new Quick Quack family, so don’t miss out!    

Q: How do I set up my new Quick Quack account?    
A: If you’re an existing Glint member and come through the new wash when it reopens, a Team Member will get you set up in our system. From there, you can download our myQQ app to manage your account and receive special updates and promotions. If you’d like to become a new Quick Quack member, you can download our app to sign up or visit your local Quick Quack and a Team Member will be happy to assist you.     

Q: What does a Quick Quack unlimited membership come with?   
A: A Quick Quack unlimited wash membership lets you wash as often as you want, at any Quick Quack location. Members can use the exclusive Members Only Quick Lane to get into the wash even quicker. You can change your plan at any time and add more care to your plan at a discounted rate with our multi-car flock program. To learn more, please visit Plans.

Q: Will my membership still work with my license plate?   
A: The license plate Glint currently has on file should be accurate and will transition to Quick Quack. However, you will need to update your information with a Team Member when visiting our wash for the first time. 

Q: Will I be able to use my membership at all locations?  
A: Yes. As the other locations reopen, you will automatically be able to use your membership at any Quick Quack.  

Q: Will I still be able to use my Glint membership at other locations that have not yet been transitioned?   
A: No. You will not be able to use your membership at other locations until the store has reopened as Quick Quack.
